HSM Safety Management provide health and safety consultancy, training and also act as CDM Coordinator. The re naming of Highcliffe Safety Services as HSM Safety Management is part of the strategic development of the company which will continue to build on the base of the preceding nine years providing consultancy, training and CDM Coordinator services.

Central to the consultancy services are assistance with Risk Assessment including Task Risk Assessments, COSHH Risk Assessments, Manual Handling Risk Assessments and Vibration Risk Assessments. Provision of Competent Person Service

The services also include the provision of a “Competent Person” service which can be tailored to the Client’s needs and includes as a cornerstone the annual audit. You may view this tool by following the link. This form may also be purchased to be administered internally where the organisation has internal health and safety officers.

Abrasive Wheels and Manual Handling training

HSM Safety Management provide training in the use of Abrasive Wheels and in Manual Handling. The course handbooks may also be viewed by following the link. These courses are delivered on a Client’s premises or on site for construction clients.

Preparation of Construction Phase Plans

In addition to the services of CDM Coordinator HSM Safety Management provides complimentary services in the form of preparation of Construction Phase Plans, a pack of toolbox talks, the preparation of bespoke or standard site safety guides and also a Construction Project Health and Safety Management System. Noise Surveys and associated reports

HSM Safety Management also provide Noise Surveys and associated reports and use a Cirrus Research type 1 instrument. Noise Surveys are necessary to determine the exposure of employees to noise and it should be noted that the Noise at Work Regulations 2005 levels are substantially lower than those previously in force.
